Once the UPTET Exam is complete, the board publishes its Answer key along with the OMR sheets on the official website. Any candidates having objection on the Answer key can raise their concerns to the board through an email sent at uptethelpline@gmail.com.
Following steps need to be followed in case of any objection:
- Candidate have to visit the official website of UPTET i.e. upbasiceduboard.gov.in
- A link will be displayed blinking on the top of the page, click the same.
- The answer key will be available to be downloaded in pdf format.
- The same need to be downloaded and evaluated with the answers given by the candidate in the exam.
- Candidates can ask a copy of their UPTET 2018 OMR Sheet and Answer Sheet by paying Rs. 500 per copy. The payment can be made by Demand Draft and should be drawn in the favour of “Secretary, Examination Controller Officer, Allahabad”.
- Candidate having an objection need to send an email to “uptethelpline@gmail.com”

He or she needs to write a short and pointed email, which should contain the following information:
- Serial Number
- Level of UPTET (Primary or Upper Primary)
- Question Booklet Series
- Question Number
- Answer (As per official answer key)
- Right Answer (By the candidate)
- Proof of the answer by the candidate
- Please note that it is important to write clearly about any wrong answer or any other objections with a valid proof attached to the mail content for raising a valid objection.
- Also, no action will be taken against the candidate raising the objection, it will not affect the marking of the candidate.
- The board will collect all the feedback and an expert's panel will review them all prior to the publication of result.
