Manipal University Overview

Manipal University is a prestigious institute of education and research in India. The University is located in Manipal town in Karnataka which is closely located near Udupi town. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses. Initially, Manipal University Mangalore was formed as Manipal Institute of Technology, but later in 1993, the Institute was awarded University status with the then name of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The name was later rebranded to Manipal University. Manipal University believes in the holistic development of students and with this approach, it has been able to rank in the band of 51-100 in the Innovation Category in NIRF Rankings 2023.

College: Really good institution. Pretty good faculty. Diverse opportunities to improve your skills. Classrooms might not be equipped with the best furnitures but nevertheless, it’s the students together who make it all worth.
