MMU Ambala Placements

At MMU Ambala, the primary focus is always been on creating a scaffold for the students to achieve the highest of success in their career, not just some great marks on paper and for that practical knowledge, research, innovative thinking, industrial exposure and other valuable qualities search by a company in their employ are introduced in the curriculum of each course. Central Placement Cell (CPC) of MMU Ambala design special programs for an all round development of students and give them a complete exposure. Placement cell supports the students throughout the process until they get placed in their dream companies, in a various way like:

Induction and Orientation
Summer Internship
Mid-term Projects
Industrial Visit
Post-Placement Support

Last three years of data in placement at MMU Ambala is evident of a gradual increase in the number of students placed and packages offered to them.

In the year 2016, a total of 1124 offers were made that was 75 percent of students who appeared for placement, which gently touched the margin of 84 percent and 1254 students got placed in the different sectors. 2018 can be considered as one of the record years in the history of MMU placement as the total of 1451 students got placed that is 87 percent of total students appearing for campus placement.

The package that was offered to the students stepped up from 9 LPA in the year of 2016 to 24 LPA in the year 2018 and a total of 133 companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, SAP, KPIT, Accenture, Capgemini, Genpect, IBM, Snapdeal, Godrej, Vodafone, Nestle, Amazon, Sun Pharma, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Paytm and other big companies visited for campus placement, in the year 2016 there were 108 companies who visited MMU for campus placements.

Needs Improvement

Faculty: They are not that much cooperative
College: After clearing NET Exam with 157 score i have taken admission in this college and the annual fees which i pay is Rs. 3.50 Lac PA and Hostel fees is RS.. 1 Lac PA and 2 students live in one room and room is not that much great and in the mess of the college only veg foods are available so if anyone wants to eat non veg it is not possible for them to have it.
